It all began in 1928 when Italian Pastry Chef Clement Maggia moved to the United States to start Clement’s Pastry Shop. Clement’s quickly gained momentum, becoming one of the Washington, D.C. area’s premier pastry shops.
Today, Clement’s wholesale bakery business boasts an accomplished client list including government leaders, world class institutions, major brands and managed dining service companies.
